The Nicolo is a classic, and a sandwich I always knew I'd put on a menu if I ever opened a sandwich shop. It was my favorite order at my local deli growing up.
It's got our chicken cutlets, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers and extra garlicky broccoli rabe.
Only four ingredients, but they go so well together. It doesn't need dressing since the garlicky oil from the rabe and roasted reds keep it moist.
